随着冬季的到来，印度首都新德里上空再度被厚厚的有毒雾霾笼罩。
根据气象预报机构11月2日的数据，新德里的污染指数高达373，是世界上污染最严重的城市之一，印度中央污染控制委员会也将该市的空气质量评为"非常差"。
