第十五届全国运动会澳门赛区火炬传递起跑仪式11月2日在特区政府总部举行。火炬传递路线全长约2.6公里，起点为特区政府总部，终点为大三巴牌坊。
第十五届全国运动会由粤港澳三地共同承办，火炬传递启动仪式当日9时在深圳市莲花山公园举行，香港、澳门及广州分别在9时30分举行起跑仪式，同步开展火炬传递。
