产检材料放在电动车挡风被里面，
我上楼取东西，前后不超过几分钟时间，
里面有我所有的产检单子，
需要用证件用于确认身份信息和建立孕期档案，
证件丢失导致我现在办理不了，
他就给我拿走了，龙山街文化路二段。
早市南门斜对面，
老头拿走东西之后往早市走了，
能不能这个老头把证件丢了，
