格隆汇10月31日丨 竣球控股(01481.HK)公告，于2025年10月31日，公司间接非全资拥有附属公司TeraLogistics(作为出租人)与承租人Harmony Prosper Zambia Limited就位于赞比亚与刚果民主共和国边境毗邻该土地范围内的租赁地区订立该协议，为期四年零十一个月，租金为每月12,500美元。根据该协议，Tera Logistics拥有或有义务收购由承租人建造及拥有的该等楼宇，总建造成本不得超过600万美元。
