财联社10月31日电，今年前三季度，新疆外送电量达1084亿千瓦时，同比提升12%，其中新能源外送电量占比超三成，达358亿千瓦时，同比增长11.51%。新疆电力交易中心有限公司相关负责人介绍，358亿千瓦时新能源电量相当于减少燃烧标煤约1083万吨，减排二氧化碳超2900万吨。
