财联社10月30日电，钢铁板块异动拉升，安阳钢铁直线涨停，此前鄂尔多斯涨停，方大特钢触及涨停，新钢股份、柳钢股份、盛德鑫泰、华菱钢铁跟涨。消息面上，《河南省钢铁产业提质升级行动计划》10月30日印发。其中提到，到2027年，优特钢产量占钢材产量比例提升至50%左右。
