近日，香港老牌地产商希慎兴业公告称，公司全资附属公司广运作为卖方，与买方Verdant Peak Investment Limited订立协议，出售位于竹林苑的一个住宅单位。该单位实用面积约2084平方呎，约合193平方米，代价为5354万港元（约4902万元人民币）；买方由独立非执行董事张勇全资拥有，根据上市规则，该交易构成关联交易。
