近日，
大丰区大中街道新团村有村民拍视频爆料：
村里路边建了座公厕，看着像模像样，却是名副其实的“摆设”——大门紧闭，压根没启用过。看视频中好像还没有通水，这么长时间弄个半拉子工程。更讽刺的是，没派上如厕用场的公厕，倒成了村民的“储物间”，里面满地堆着大豆角，场面荒唐又刺眼。
花钱建公厕，只当“面子摆件”，是搞政绩还是管理不到位？
