【点新闻报道】10月23日下午2时44分，警方接获小西湾村瑞益楼保安员报案，指上址一单位传出异味。消防赶抵破门进入该单位，发现姓叶（52岁）女住户卧睡房内，她现场被证实死亡。
警方将案件列作「尸体发现」跟进，现正调查事件。事主死因有待验尸后确定。
