10月23日，一列满载玉米的“长江班列”从江西省九江城西港铁路专用线上港作业区缓缓驶出，经九江七里湖车站发往四川省。这一通道正式开启，标志着“长江班列”铁路运营段在覆盖四川、湖北、湖南后，成功延伸至江西，至此，长江中游鄂、湘、赣3省全覆盖目标达成。
