新京报贝壳财经讯 10月23日，新莱应材公告，全资子公司昆山方新精密科技有限公司与昆山市陆家镇人民政府签署了《项目投资框架协议》。该项目计划投资20亿元人民币，主要用于匀气盘、半导体铝腔的研发、生产和销售，以及提供精密洗净服务。项目达产后预计年产值超过15亿元。
