10月22日，“苏超”南京队主教练何塞结婚了，妻子发文：鉴于老何多年来表现优异，现合法手续收编他成为南京大家庭的一员。
何塞在南京做足球教练8年，是“苏超”十三支队伍中的唯一“外教”，带领南京队获得2025年“苏超”第三名。
