【力合微：股东力合科创拟减持不超3%公司股份】《科创板日报》21日讯，力合微(688589.SH)公告称，持股5%以上股东力合科创集团有限公司因经营发展需要，拟通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式减持公司股份合计不超过435.98万股（占公司总股本的3%），其中集中竞价减持不超过145.33万股，大宗交易减持不超过290.66万股。减持期间为2025年11月13日至2026年2月12日。
