兰州市气象局消息，预计10月23至24日，兰州市将有降水降温天气。城关、安宁、西固为小雨或雨夹雪，其余地区以雨夹雪为主，其中永登西北部有小到中雪，榆中南部及七里河南部有小雪。
降水分为两个阶段，分别为：10月23日02至11时和24日08至23时，累计降水量3~10毫米。
伴随降水，10月23至24日，全市最高气温下降5~7℃，24日市区高温降至11℃，最低气温变幅较小。
