格隆汇10月20日｜据彭博，开云集团同意将美妆业务出售给欧莱雅，交易价值40亿欧元(约合47亿美元)，作为长期战略合作的一部分。作为交易的一部分，欧莱雅将把Creed纳入其产品组合。据两家公司周日晚间发布的声明，开云集团称这笔交易将推动公司加速成长。
