智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)公布，公司于2025年10月15日获通知，Lippo Capital Limited及Skyscraper Realty Limited(两间公司均为公司的控股股东各自订立股份押记，质押合共约6.73亿股公司股份(约占已发行股份总数73.21%)，连同其不时实益拥有的股份所附带的所有现有及未来的权利、所有权、权益及利益予中国银行(香港)有限公司(贷款人)，作为授予力宝有限公司(公司的间接控股股东)的贷款融资的抵押品。
