自10月13日晚开始，有大量网友反映新购入的苹果iPhone 17系列手机、iPad等设备无法激活。记者以消费者身份联系了苹果官方客服，客服人员表示故障是由于服务器出现波动，工程部正在加紧调查、解决问题。
