10月11日，国新办举行“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会，住房城乡建设部副部长董建国表示，“十四五”期间，全国累计销售新建商品住宅面积达50亿平方米。同时存量住房市场的规模持续扩大。目前全国有15个省区市二手住宅的交易量超过新房。
