财联社10月10日电，西部超导发布消息，近期，西部超导公司运用粉末装管（PIT）技术制得的实用化MgB₂高温超导线材成功实现量产，单根长度达到2万米以上。公司累计生产逾250公里MgB₂线材，作为关键材料为南方电网超导磁储能装置提供了技术支撑。与此同时，西部超导在国际上首次通过中心镁扩散法制备出千米级多芯MgB₂线材。
