财联社10月4日电，从海南省气象局获悉，今年第21号台风“麦德姆”（台风级），4日18时其中心位于距离海南省文昌市东南方向约400公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力12级（35米/秒），预计将于5日上午以强台风级在文昌登陆或近海擦过。海南于10月4日19时发布台风一级预警，将防汛防风Ⅲ级应急响应提升至防汛防风Ⅰ级应急响应。
