9月29日，德康农牧（02419）发布公告，决定根据股东于2025年4月22日召开的股东周年大会上通过的决议案，行使董事会的股份回购授权，拟回购股份总额不超过5亿港元。
此次回购的H股主要用于员工持股计划或股权激励等法律、行政法规允许的情况，预计回购的H股数量不超过1281万股，约占股东周年大会通过特别决议案当日已发行H股总数的10%。
