编者按：

2026趁早效率手册第二个特殊版本——西方哲学版。

这是一场跨越两千多年的聚会。我们邀请十二位哲学家围桌而坐，时空的界限再次模糊，他们的声音清晰可闻。

哲学常常被误认为是高悬于象牙塔中的艰深学问，而我们选择这本手册里的语录，想证明这恰恰相反：哲学是关于生活的技艺，是最接地气的智慧。这些句子，是哲学家们在与生命本身短兵相接后留下的痕迹，它们谈论习惯，生命，爱与选择。

一月

苏格拉底 Socrates

公元前469-399年，古希腊哲学家，他主张批判思维，“认识自己”被刻印在德尔斐神庙上；他认为知识是至善，而教育应点燃求知火焰，非灌输知识。他因挑战传统观念、启迪思想，被雅典当局判处死刑，但其哲学精神永存，成为后世思想的基石。

柏拉图 Plato

亚里士多德 Aristotle

公元前384-322年，古希腊哲学的集大成者。亚里士多德与老师柏拉图的思想路径不同，其名言“吾爱吾师，吾更爱真理”彰显了独立思考的精神。他涉猎当时所有知识领域，包括逻辑学、形而上学、伦理学等。其重视观察与分类的科学方法论，更成为后世实证研究的先驱。

勒内·笛卡尔 Rene Descartes

1596-1650年，法国哲学家、数学家、现代哲学之父。出身贵族却拒绝盲从传统，青年从军游历欧洲后隐居治学。他以数学般严谨的怀疑精神审视知识体系，提出“普遍怀疑”方法论，“我思故我在”成为哲学第一原理。确立了心物二元论，将心灵与物质视为两种不同实体。

伊曼努尔·康德Immanuel Kant

1724-1804年，德国哲学家，终生定居柯尼斯堡。他提出认知世界的方式会受限于自身感知，而非世界本质。其道德哲学奠基《实践理性批判》，提出“人是目的而非工具”的观点，主张道德律令源于理性自律。

弗里德里希·尼采 Friedrich Nietzsche

1844-1900年，德国哲学家，24岁即任古典语言学教授，后因病辞职，开启十年漫游写作生涯。尼采认为生命本质即权力意志，人们应直面生活挑战。在著作《查拉图斯特拉如是说》中，他借超人理念进一步阐释权力意志，认为超人能超越传统道德束缚，通过自我创造和自我实现，成为自己的主人。

汉娜·阿伦特 Hannah Arendt

1906-1975年，德裔美籍政治思想家，毕生追问极权主义的根源。她提出“平庸之恶”，即常人放弃思考，机械服从体制的毁灭性。行动理论（Vita Activa）是其政治哲学的核心，将人类根本活动分为劳动、制作、行动，劳动和制作受必然支配，行动则体现自由。

1759-1797年，英国哲学家、作家。在法国大革命浪潮中撰写《女权辩护》，她主张理性无性别，女性卑顺非天性，而是被剥夺教育权与经济自主的恶果。其思根内核是平等，主张两性共享公民德性。

1905-1980年，法国存在主义哲学家。他在《存在与虚无》中主张人无预设宿命，唯有通过自由选择定义自我，故“人是 condemned to be free（被判自由）”。提出“他人即地狱”揭示主体冲突，又以《存在主义是一种人道主义》辩护，绝对自由伴随绝对责任。

1889-1951年，奥地利哲学家。在思根前期，其在《逻辑哲学论》中指出语言的界限即世界的界限，对不可言说者须保持沉默。后期在《哲学研究》中彻底颠覆自我，提出“语言即游戏”，意义生于具体语境中的使用规则。
