省政府办公厅近日印发《关于支持养老机构发展的若干措施》，其中提到，对获得"中华技能大奖""全国技术能手"称号的养老服务人员，分别给予每人不少于10万元、5万元的一次性奖励。对本专科毕业生在养老机构从事养老护理工作满3年、满5年的，分别给予每人6000元、15000元一次性奖励。
