近日，永城市公安局日月湖派出所接到吕女士报警称，其停放在日月湖街道体育馆附近的电动车被盗。
接警后，民警迅速赶到现场开展调查，锁定一名嫌疑男子。为尽快抓获嫌疑人，民警立即分析研判、循线追踪，仅用一小时便确定嫌疑人蔡某的活动范围，经连夜布控蹲守成功将其抓获，追回被盗电动车。
目前，案件正在进一步办理中。
