海康威视（002415）发布公告，公司于2025年9月23日召开职工代表大会，选举王丹为公司第六届董事会职工代表董事。
王丹，1981年生，2004年加入公司，历任硬件工程师、硬件经理，硬件管理部总监；2022年6月至2025年8月，任杭州海康机器人股份有限公司监事。现任公司硬件技术与产品信息设计部总经理。
2025年中期，海康威视实现收入418.18亿元，归母净利润56.57亿元。
