根据这份文件，第二届CBA俱乐部杯12月3号开打，参加的球队包括CBA球队，还有NBL排名前四的球队。
本赛季的NBL前四为香港金牛、长沙电信勇胜、合肥狂风峻茂和石家庄翔蓝。
