安徽合力(600761)9月18日公告，公司拟以现金方式收购安徽江淮重型工程机械有限公司（简称“江淮重工”）51%股权，交易对方为公司控股股东安徽叉车集团有限责任公司，交易价格为2.74亿元。本次交易完成后，江淮重工将纳入公司合并报表范围。
