格隆汇9月18日丨TBKS HLDGS(01960.HK)公告，于2025年4月24日，卖方Tan Bock Kwee & Sons Sdn. Bhd(公司间接全资附属公司)与买方Zhongya Holdings (Malasia) Sdn. Bhd订立协议，据此卖方已同意出售及买方已同意购买该马来西亚柔佛州物业，总代价为1146.2万令吉。于本公告日期，出售事项已于2025年8月25日完成，以及全部代价已根据协议由买方支付予卖方。
