上海市经济和信息化委员会就《上海市促进高成长企业加快发展管理实施细则（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。其中提出，加强对高成长企业的支持，对初次被评定为瞪羚企业的，给予最高100万元奖励，对初次被评定为独角兽企业的，给予最高200万元奖励。
