项目地可观日出之海与日落之山,规划以“山海一线”的自然大景观作为背景,“东南为海、西北为河、远处有山”为空间格局。以实现最大景观视野为原则,通过视野分析及灵活自由的楼栋排布,营造多重生活空间,多重景观院落组团空间的开阖变化,使每一栋建筑都能享有观海、临河、看景的极好视野。
项目为三个地块,总占地面积约为200亩,总建筑面积为261068.96平方米,其中地上为189345.43平方米,地下为71723.53平方米,容积率为1.36。共规划35栋住宅建筑,1栋幼儿园,4处配套用房,整个小区共计903户,产品面积区间为139-315-580平方米。
MASTER PLANNING
The project site has a view of the sea at sunrise and the mountain at sunset. The planning is based on the natural landscape of "mountain and sea in a line" as the background, and the spatial pattern of "sea in the southeast, river in the northwest, and mountains in the distance". With the principle of achieving the maximum landscape view, through the analysis of the view and flexible and free arrangement, multiple living spaces are created, and the opening and closing changes of the space of multiple landscape courtyard groups are made, so that each building can enjoy an excellent view of the sea, the river, and the scenery.
The project consists of three plots, with a total area of about 200 acres and a total construction area of about 261068.96㎡, of which about 189345.43㎡are above ground and about 71723.53㎡are underground, with a plot ratio of 1.36. 建筑设计
建筑设计以“云上花园之居,水上漂浮之所”作为创作灵感,立面弧形界面应和海洋流体线状,又与小区外道路围合形成一片怀抱式前场空间。用曲线串联山海景观,整合区域脉络,定制一个可以观山阅海的家。住区空间设计以“云如意”作为线索,与周边的资源充分连接,形成一个将自然生态资源与社区交织的城市综合体;将相邻楼层聚集成组,以建立有现代社交度假生活方式的住宅小区。在中国乃至全球,树立热带度假生活方式的住宅典范。
建筑造型设计体现自然、极简、通透的建筑美学原则,通过富有想象力的构思创意,对建筑造型元素进行合理安排和精心设计,既满足住宅功能要求,又满足建筑美学要求,既注重建筑造型层次感的过渡,也注重对外私密感和对内开放性。这种多重空间的序列感,渲染了建筑中“看与被看”的视觉享受。
彼特·罗柏先生采用含蓄大气的设计手法,将精致、优雅的精致生活格调展露无遗。住宅立面上大气简约的横向线条、顶部别具匠心的坡屋顶造型元素、阳台底部水平方向展开的铝板造型、可滑动打开的宽大通透的落地玻璃、底层大堂的室内外近人尺度的细节设计均是价值感的体现,打造独一无二的热带滨海城市标志性建筑群落。
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
The architectural design is inspired by "a garden residence on the cloud, a place floating on the water". The curved interface of the facade responds to the fluid lines of the ocean, and is enclosed by the road outside the community to form an embracing front space. Use curves to connect the mountain and sea landscapes, integrate the regional context, and customize a home where you can see the mountains and the sea. The residential space design takes "clouds and wishes" as a clue, fully connects with the surrounding resources, and forms an urban complex that interweaves natural ecological resources with the community; gather adjacent floors into groups to establish a residential community with a modern social vacation lifestyle. Set a residential model for a tropical vacation lifestyle in China and even the world.
The architectural design embodies the principles of natural, minimalist and transparent architectural aesthetics. Through imaginative ideas and creativity, the architectural elements are reasonably arranged and carefully designed to meet both the functional requirements of the residence and the requirements of architectural aesthetics. It also pays attention to the architecture. The transition of modeling layers also pays attention to the sense of external privacy and internal openness. FACILITIES DESIGN

9班幼儿园设置于HT05-05-01地块,总建筑面积为3150.5平方米,规划布局上充分考虑三角形用地的特征,把建筑物布置在用地西北侧贴临其用地红线,留出东南角尽量大的场地作为幼儿活动场地。在建筑平面设计层面,把主要教学功能设置在建筑物南侧,把辅助功能设置在北侧,并根据地形的影响,把最西侧一个班级与其它两个班级扭动一个角度,既退让了用地红线,又使建筑造型产生富有趣味的偏转。设计充分尊重海南的气候特征,整个建筑物是一个没有外门的、通透的房间组合体,使空气能在各层的走廊中快速流通,也使幼儿能感受到开放的空间氛围。这也使得二、三层南侧的阳台能够全部连通并从教室之间的走道与内走廊连通,成为孩子们可以在课间安全奔跑的空中乐园。建筑造型借鉴住宅的曲面形式,具有波动的美感与亲和的界面。

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

Extending the superior natural landscape to the humanistic living environment, the intention is to create an ecological habitat that is balanced between nature and humanity, and to create an ideal garden community in a seaside tropical city.
The buildings are staggered and arranged in an orderly manner, achieving the best landscape orientation and maximizing the use of visual resources within a limited space layout. Borrowing the scenery when there is scenery, and creating the scenery when there is no scenery, so that every household has a good view.

因此,依据于推导出的空间形式,设计出180°-360°全景低密度洋房,打造出在中国海南岛海棠湾独具特色的全时段、全维度的热带旅居体验的住宅设计典范。极简的建筑形式;精致的建筑表皮;海洋流体美学线条形成建筑外观群像独特的气质和标签。
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Mr. Peter Roper and Mr. Sun Minhui have been immersed in tropical resort and residence architectural design projects for many years. From many year experience , they have very unique design core concept for residence - lifestyle-derived spatial form:
1. ”Three views": view when you get out of the elevator, view when you open the door, and view when you turn the corner. Everywhere you touch or see is the view.
2. 270-degree corner column-free floor-to-ceiling sliding door; corner balcony with a depth of more than 2.4 meters. The boundaries between the internal and external spaces of the building are blurred and disappear, emphasizing the fluidity of the space; the cross-flow of air; the changes of light and shadow; and relative privacy at the same time.
3. Sky garden. The sky garden is the most realistic poetic expression of lifting the villa to the sky.
Therefore, based on the derived spatial form, a 180°-360° panoramic low-density house is designed to create a unique residential design model for a full-time, full-dimensional tropical living experience in Haitang Bay, Hainan Island, China. The minimalist architectural form; exquisite building skin; marine fluid aesthetic lines form the unique temperament and label of the building's exterior group.
