睁开眼睛，看看各国征地的补偿标准。
有许多检事、判事认为农民多拿了补偿款就是犯罪，要么诈骗要么敲诈勒索云云。
根本不知道土地的良心价是多少，就把起诉书、判决书写起来。
扪心自问，这一类案件多是冤假错案。
