齐鲁网·闪电新闻9月13日讯 中秋佳节临近，又到万家团圆时。被称为跨越海峡的“灵魂摆渡人”刘德文9月13日再送一位潍坊临朐籍去台老兵回到自己家乡，与老家亲属团圆。 23年来，刘德文已帮助300多位去台老兵回家，其中山东籍老兵就有71位。
