2025年9月12日，安宁股份(002978.SZ)公告称，公司以分期支付现金65.08亿元的方式，参与经质矿产及其关联企业鸿鑫工贸、立宇矿业的实质合并重整，并最终取得经质矿产100%股权。
公告指出，本次交易完成后，经质矿产将成为上市公司的全资子公司，本次交易所涉及标的资产的过户手续已经全部办理完毕。
