9月10日，三湘印象（000863）发布公告，控股股东三湘控股将其持有的1185万股和2765万股股份办理质押，合计3950万股，占其所持股份的18.14%及公司总股本的3.35%。
截至公告披露日，三湘控股累计质押股份1.4亿股，占其持股总数的64.05%及公司总股本的11.82%。
2025年中期，三湘印象实现收入3.77亿元，归母净利润592万元。
