小詹今年研究生毕业，上月收到了一家通讯企业的Offer，从事研发工作。上周小詹到企业办理入职手续，签订劳动合同时，双方约定小詹属于实行年薪制的员工，将每两个月支付一次工资。小詹不解，工资难道不应该每月发一次吗？公司的做法对吗？
