记者从东莞市相关部门了解到，2025年9月9日上午，常平镇沿河西一路松岗-先建联通渠护栏发生滑塌。经现场核查，未造成人员伤亡及车辆受损，路面未出现裂缝和凹陷。
截至17时30分，现场处置抢修工作有序展开，具体事发原因在进一步调查中。
