9月9日，曲江文旅（600706）发布公告，控股股东所持部分股份拍卖进展情况。公告中提到，控股股东西安曲江旅游投资（集团）有限公司于2025年9月8日通知公司，陕西润研科技有限责任公司于2025年8月5日竞得曲江文旅1200万股股票。
然而，根据浙江省绍兴市中级人民法院的《告知书》，买受人已放弃此次竞价结果。公司在公告中表示，将及时告知后续相关进展。
2025年中期，曲江文旅实现收入5.32亿元，归母净利润-1388万元。
