据报道，焦作文投篮球俱乐部于9月4日新成立，它的股东是焦作文旅产业投资集团。有可能参与新赛季的NBL联赛，至于CBA未来是扩军是升降级还是扩军后升降级，现在还在评估，尚无定论。
