Notice on Holding the International Symposium on Industry-Education Integration in ASEAN Vocational Education and the Founding Congress of the China-ASEAN Digital Industry-Education Integration Community

To all vocational colleges and relevant enterprises (institutions):

为进一步推动亚洲地区教育装备行业与职业教育的交流与合作，提升职业教育国际合作与交流水平，由世界教具联合会、中国教育装备行业协会、浙江米奥兰特商务会展股份有限公司主办，杭州临空经济示范区管委会承办的“WORLD DIDAC ASIA 2025第十一届亚洲教育装备博览会”，定于2025年9月17—19日举办。同期，由全国高等职业学校校长联席会议、宁波市职业技术教育学会共同举办职教版块活动：亚洲职业技术教育与培训研讨会暨一带一路职业教育国际合作展（以下简称“大会职教版块”）。

To further promote exchanges and cooperation between the educational equipment industry and vocational education in Asia, and enhance international cooperation and exchanges in vocational education, the "WORLD DIDAC ASIA 2025 — the 11th Asian Educational Equipment Expo" will be held from September 17 to 19, 2025. It is hosted by the World DIDAC Association, China Educational Equipment Industry Association, and Zhejiang Merient Commercial Exhibition Co., Ltd., and undertaken by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and the Administrative Committee of Hangzhou Airport Economic Demonstration Zone. During the same period, the vocational education segment - the Asian Vocational Education and Training Symposium and the Belt and Road Vocational Education International Cooperation Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "the vocational education segment of the conference") will be co-hosted by the National Joint Conference of Vocational & Technical College and University Presidents and the Ningbo Society of Vocational and Technical Education.

为了积极响应《教育强国建设规划纲要（2024－2035 年）》等重要文件精神，全力优化职业教育产教融合、校企协同的国际合作机制，大力推动职业教育国际化的政策解读、经验交流以及资源共享，深度助力中国职业院校实现高质量 “随企出海”，经研究决定，将于 9 月 17—19 日举办大会职教板块平行论坛——东盟职业教育产教融合国际合作研讨会暨中国—东盟数字产教融合共同体成立会 。本次盛会将汇聚各方智慧，共同探讨职业教育在东盟国家的产教融合新路径，见证中国—东盟数字产教融合共同体的正式启航，为推动区域职业教育协同发展注入强大动力 。现将有关事项通知如下：

In active response to the spirit of important documents such as The 2024-2035 Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education, we are committed to improving the international cooperation mechanism for industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration in vocational education, vigorously promoting policy interpretation, experience exchange, and resource sharing in vocational education internationalization, and deeply facilitating high-quality "going global with enterprises" of Chinese vocational colleges. After research, it was decided to hold a parallel forum of the vocational education segment of the conference — the International Symposium on Industry-Education Integration in ASEAN Vocational Education and the Founding Congress of the China-ASEAN Digital Industry-Education Integration Community from September 17 to 19. This grand event will gather wisdom from all parties to jointly explore new paths for industry-education integration in vocational education in the ASEAN countries, witness the official launch of the China-ASEAN Digital Industry-Education Integration Community, and inject strong impetus into promoting the coordinated development of regional vocational education. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Interpretation of the latest policies related to vocational education going global

会议将邀请权威专家，对国家推动职业教育‘走出去’的最新政策进行深度剖析，涵盖政策支持与资源保障、融入国际认证和认可体系、密切国际合作关系等多个方面，助力参会者精准把握职教出海方向，为后续的行动提供有力政策指引。

The conference will invite authoritative experts to conduct in-depth analysis of the latest national policies issued to promote "going global" of vocational education, covering policy support and resource guarantee, integration into international certification and accreditation systems, and strengthening international cooperation. This will help participants accurately grasp the direction of vocational education going global and provide strong policy guidance for subsequent actions.

2.2025年职业教育国际合作与传播案例征集

2.Call for cases of international cooperation and dissemination in vocational education in 2025

聚焦产教融合创新实践、数字化转型与智慧职教、技能型社会服务、职教国际化与出海发展等核心领域，广泛征集具有示范引领价值的案例。这些案例将为职业教育高质量发展提供可复制、可推广的经验，入选案例也将在相关平台得到宣传展示，推动职业教育创新经验的广泛传播。

Focusing on core areas such as innovative practices of industry-education integration, digital transformation and smart vocational education, service for a skill-based society, and internationalization and going global of vocational education, we will extensively collect cases with demonstration and leading value. These cases will provide replicable and promotable experiences for the high-quality development of vocational education. Selected cases will also be publicized and displayed on relevant platforms to promote the widespread dissemination of innovative experiences in vocational education.

3.中国—东盟数字产教融合共同体成立会

3.Founding Congress of the China-ASEAN Digital Industry-Education Integration Community

本次会议将举行中国—东盟数字产教融合共同体成立仪式，这一共同体的成立，将为中国与东盟各国在数字产业领域的产教融合搭建重要平台，促进双方在数字技术人才培养、数字教育资源共享、数字产业协同创新等方面开展深度合作，开启中国—东盟职业教育数字产教融合新篇章。

The conference will hold the founding ceremony of the China-ASEAN Digital Industry-Education Integration Community. The establishment of this community will build an important platform for industry-education integration in the digital industry field between China and ASEAN countries, promote in-depth cooperation in digital technology talent training, sharing of digital educational resources, and collaborative innovation in the digital industry, and open a new chapter of digital industry-education integration in vocational education between China and ASEAN.

4.第一批中国—东盟职教出海数字教育资源项目百校卓越计划启动

4.Launch of The First China-ASEAN Vocational Education Going Global Digital Educational Resources Project: 100-School Excellence Initiative

为推动中国—东盟职业教育数字化发展，会议将正式启动第一批中国—东盟职教出海数字教育资源项目百校卓越计划。这将促进双方优质数字教育资源的共建共享，通过数字化手段打破教育资源的地域限制，为中国与东盟各国职业院校师生提供丰富且高质量的教学与学习资源，进一步提升职业教育教学质量。

To promote the digital development of vocational education between China and ASEAN, the conference will officially launch The First China-ASEAN Vocational Education Going Global Digital Educational Resources Project: 100-School Excellence Initiative. This will promote the co-construction and sharing of high-quality digital educational resources between the two sides, break the geographical restrictions of educational resources through digital means, provide rich and high-quality teaching and learning resources for teachers and students of vocational colleges in China and ASEAN countries, and further improve the teaching quality of vocational education.

5.中国—东盟典型院校经验分享交流

5.Experience sharing and exchange between typical colleges and universities in China and ASEAN

会议特别设置典型院校经验分享交流环节，邀请来自中国与东盟的职业院校代表，分享在产教融合、校企合作、人才培养、国际化办学等方面的成功经验与实践成果。通过交流互鉴，促进双方院校取长补短，探索更适合区域需求的职业教育发展模式，共同推动中国—东盟职业教育协同进步。

The conference will specially set up a session for experience sharing and exchange among typical colleges and universities, inviting representatives of vocational colleges from China and ASEAN to share successful experiences and practical achievements in industry-education integration, school-enterprise cooperation, talent training, and developing international education programs. Through exchanges and mutual learning, it will promote colleges and universities on both sides to learn from each other's strengths, explore vocational education development models more suitable for regional needs, and jointly promote the coordinated progress of vocational education between China and ASEAN.

6.国际竞赛，以赛促学推动“中文+职业技能”教育发展

6.International competitions to promote the development of "Chinese + vocational skills" education through competition

开展 2025 一带一路暨金砖大赛 “中文 + 职业技能” 国际数字化应用竞赛初赛评选暨规则指导培训，以赛代训、赛教融合。通过比赛，一方面提升参与者的中文能力，另一方面促进职业技能与中文的融合发展，打造国际产教协同育人新范式，培养兼具中文能力与专业技能的国际化人才。

The preliminary evaluation and rule guidance training of the 2025 Belt and Road and BRICS "Chinese + Vocational Skills" International Digital Application Competition will be held, integrating competition with training and combining competition with teaching. Through the competition, on the one hand, it will improve participants' Chinese proficiency; on the other hand, it will promote the integrated development of vocational skills and Chinese, create a new paradigm of international industry-education collaborative talent cultivation, and train international talents with both Chinese proficiency and professional skills.
