云锋金融(0376.HK)盘初一度涨超19%，报3.99港元。消息面上，云锋金融与蚂蚁数科达成战略合作协议、战略投资Pharos公链，共筑机构级RWA金融新基建。
据了解，云锋金融旗下子公司持有香港证监会授予的1、4、6、9号金融服务牌照，可开展证券交易、证券咨询、机构融资咨询、资产管理等业务。而蚂蚁数科于2024年从蚂蚁集团独立运营，在区块链、人工智能、隐私计算等底层技术领域深耕多年，旗下多个产品在所属赛道市场份额领先，如蚂蚁链占中国BaaS市场份额达26.5%，连续四年位列第一。
