据第一财经了解，美团骑手体验运营负责人日前在内部表示，美团将在2025年年底前全面取消“超时罚款”。
在骑手“进小区难”问题上，美团在主管部门指导下合作落地“骑手友好社区”，打通数据后骑手扫码即可快速通行，目前150个城市的24700余个社区完成改造，月均服务骑手超68万。
