“民以食为天。川菜、徽菜、粤菜、鲁菜我都喜欢。”中文超溜的哥伦比亚驻华大使馆商务参赞奥斯卡（Oscar Felipe Rueda Plata）表示中哥饮食风格不同，但中国菜里有他熟悉的家乡味，比如红烧肉和哥伦比亚的炸猪皮（chicharrón）很像，饺子则和南美烤饺子（empanada）有异曲同工之妙。
