8月26日，中国金茂发布2025年中期业绩公告。
期内，集团收入达约人民币251.13亿元，较上年同期增加14%，主要系物业开发、金茂服务收入较上年同期增加所致。
公司所有者应占溢利约为人民币10.9亿元，较上年同期增加8%；若扣除投资物业公平值亏损（已扣除递延税项），公司所有者应占溢利约为人民币11.23亿元，较上年同期增加2%。
整体销售毛利率为16%，与上年同期基本持平。
