8月23日16:00，8月23日17时至8月24日4时，东华门大街，北河沿大街（沙滩路口至东华门大街东口），景山东街，景山西街，景山后街，北海南门停车场，宣武门东大街，前门西大街，前门东路、前门步行街，煤市街，前门东大街，崇文门西大街，正阳市场停车场，南新华街，祈年大街，东打磨厂街，除持有活动专用证件的机动车外，禁止其他机动车和非机动车通行、停放。
