上报操作流程
（一）进入报事模块
1. 打开穗云智慧城管小程序，在首页点击「市民报事」栏目。

2. 在问题类型列表中选择「易生蚊虫积水」，进入报事页面进行问题上报。

（二）上传问题材料
1. 问题图片/视频：通过“相册上传”或“拍照上传”提交，需清晰展示积水位置和状态。
2. 问题参照物图片：同样支持“相册/拍照上传”，需体现周边标志性建筑、路牌等，方便定位。
（三）填写问题地点信息
1. 自动定位：系统自动获取手机定位，显示大致位置（如“广东省广州市白云区XX街道XX路”）。

2. 手动调整：定位不准可点击“地图选址”精准选择，或“重新获取定位”更新。
3. 详细地址：在对应栏目补充具体信息（如“XX社区XX号楼下花坛”），确保精准可寻。
（四）提交报事信息
1. 在“问题描述”栏简要说明情况，如“树洞积水多、易孳生蚊虫”。

2. 确认所有带“*”必填项（问题类型、图片/视频、参照物图片、问题地点、详细地址）填写完整后，点击“提交”。

（五）查看处置进度
提交后，在小程序“我的”页面可查看工单状态。工作人员将第一时间处置，完成后会显示“已完成”状态及整改结果，市民可查看整改图片或视频了解详情。
