8月13日，榆中县马坡乡邮政所恢复运营，首日处理投递积压邮件200余件，有效缓解了灾区群众的用邮需求。目前，市邮政管理局正组织邮政企业全力保障录取通知书、急救药品等特殊邮件的优先安全送达。后续，将根据灾区重建进度，逐步提升服务能力，确保邮政服务全面恢复。
