上海交易集团消息，日前，华润置地、南房集团与上海地产集团关于余庆里、耀华组合地块股权转让项目签约仪式在上海交易集团举行。据悉，6月26日，余庆里项目正式在上海联交所挂牌交易，华润置地、南房集团组成的联合体，最终以244.7亿元的价格成为项目的最终受让方。
