新华社首尔8月13日电（记者黄昕欣 陈怡）据韩联社报道，首尔市东大门区祭基洞一栋住宅楼的一层停车场13日零时左右发生火灾，造成1人死亡，14人受伤。
消防等部门说，火灾发生后，一名70多岁的男性和一名20多岁的女性因心脏骤停被送往医院，其中70多岁的男性最终死亡。此外，火灾还导致7人重伤、6人轻伤，16名居民被疏散。
大火于零时48分许被扑灭。警方和消防部门正在调查火灾具体原因和损失情况。（完）
