北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，8月10日北京新房网签160套，网签面积12277.19平方米，其中住宅网签92套，网签面积10245.94平方米；二手房网签120套，网签面积10138.78平方米，其中住宅网签116套，网签面积9970.28平方米。
