根据公司风险特点,曼恩斯特组织了消防疏散等多项应急演练。7月,一阵急促的警报声拉开了消防演习的序幕,员工们迅速反应,用湿毛巾捂住口鼻,弯腰沿预定路线快速撤离“火场”。在安全区域,专业人员现场教学,“提拔握压,对准根部扫射…”,员工们轮番上阵进行灭火器实操,切实掌握了“灭小灭早”的关键技能,有效提升了面对突发火情的应急处置能力。

This program involves systematic theoretical training (covering work safety, equipment operation, process flows, etc.), rigorous hands-on rotation training, and comprehensive assessment. It aims to holistically elevate employees' skill levels and safety awareness. Furthermore, skill competitions using actual production as the platform will serve as the stage to test results. Employees reacted swiftly, covering their mouths and noses with wet towels and evacuating the "fire scene" quickly along predetermined routes while staying low. In the safe zone, professional instructors provided on-site training. "Pull the pin, Aim low, Squeeze the lever, Sweep the base..." Employees took turns practicing with fire extinguishers, mastering the critical skills for "extinguishing small fires early," effectively enhancing their emergency response capabilities when facing sudden fire incidents.
